How can I customize a Ready to Ship item?
You can order a customizable item and list the design at checkout under "Special Instructions for Seller." We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the design!
How quickly will my customizable product ship?
We ship all customizable products within a week, pending your design approval of the product
How do I join the loyalty program?
You'd like to join, that's awesome! Provide you email address to sign up and you will receive 5 point for every $1 you spend as well as some points for referrals!
How does local delivery/pick up work?
If you are within a 5 mile radius of The Ranch at Orange Blossom (1948 Oil Well Rd), you are able to click local delivery or pick up to avoid shipping costs! We will email you with pick up availability dates 1-2 days of your order being ready.
I have not received my item and it's been longer than estimated delivery time?
So sorry to hear you are having trouble, please email us at info@norayahscreation.com with subject "Delivery Help" we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss next steps!
What if there is an error with my order?
Please email us at info@norayahscreation.com and we will fix the error.
What is the cancellation policy?
You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order. Once 24 hours has passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to process your order. During a sale we do not cancel or refund any orders.
